We’re touching back down! Our Culinary Highlights have led us through the kitchens of DO & CO, to the airport and beyond. Now we’ve collected together the best photos for you and stuck them in an album… so have fun browsing through the images!
We hope you’ve had fun on our culinary journey – and above all that it’s made you hungry!
- Fresh ingredients for sandwiches. Vegetables are delivered to the cold food facility. Green and crispy! ;)

- Why do we wear blue gloves? So that any unwanted pieces of glove sliced off by accident can be seen in amongst the vegetables more easily.

- Meanwhile, everything in the patisserie is getting down to business – or perhaps we should say getting down to freshness!

- Yum, yum… they’re so good they melt in your mouth!
- This is where the dough for the famous Guglhupf is prepared.
- What we call a “small” portion. ;-)
- And off it goes into the special silicon baking moulds.
- Finished! All that remains now is for them to be put on the aircraft.
- Wherever you look, you just want to grab one.

- Every step needs to be absolutely right at this point.

From A to Z
Very interesting “behind the scenes” tour. I flew OS for the first time in March from IST-VIE-ZRH in Business and it met my catering expectations after hearing so much about it. Its reputation is well deserved and kudos to Austrian and DO & CO for providing such great catering.
